Adrian Terminology
Strange terms, and how to use them. There are some terms used at Adrian events which are fairly unique to the organization or are used in different ways. The following presents some examples with explanation.
Court
Generally, Adrian events start with an opening court and end with a closing court. In court, the crown, autocrat, and ministers make announcements, discuss the plan for the event or results of the event, and address business from the populace.
Crown(s)
This refers to the individuals in charge of a subdivision as well as the Imperial Emperor and Empress. Depending on the type of subdivision there are different terms. A kingdom has a king and queen, an archduchy has an archduke and archduchess. Some crowns use alternate terms based on different cultural backgrounds.
